I have always had live Christmas trees and have never wanted an artificial one, but because of health problems, I very reluctantly had to get rid of my live tree this year and understood that I can never have a live tree again. So it was that after Christmas I accepted that I would have to buy an artificial tree. I saw the Balsam Hill tv commercial and went on the website. I was impressed by the apparent quality and sale prices, but was hesitant to order online.
